The first 6 are by CCP and showcase the Walking in Station. The next two demonstrate a lighting technology for WiS.
Linkage!

On that line of thought, if this is the case, then it can only make EVE ambulation even better
CCP said as much a while ago, didn't they?
No idea, did they ? I still think its a win/win situation
Actually, WoD is the basis for the code etc, but it would've been done anyway, so it's a perfect tool to bring more content to EVE.
Exactly. WoD will only be avatars and as Torfi mentioned, their long term plan for EVE is to create a complete imersive scifi experience. WiS is part of that plan.

The more options we'll have in the game, the more we'll be playing it. Whether it's WiS of FiS, it doesn't matter. It's the possibilities that count, and with WiS they've just increased by a good factor!
And I for one, will happily give CCP the time it needs to have a polished WiS when they decide to go live with it!

It's a firefox addon that can block Java/ActiveX scripts along with all flash/quicktime/silverlight plugins. You can then set permissions for every component used on the page. Your blog site contains a LOT of stuff that NoScript blocks by default, so Titus probably spent a good few minutes messing around with permissions to get it all working. Nothing serious, just a proactive FireFox addon. (Works wonders on not-so-trustworthy sites though)
Thanks for the clarifications Meiyang!
